Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Dehradun. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of retail and/or SME customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable banking products and services. Responsibilities include regular customer interactions,



handling account-related queries, cross-selling and up-selling products such as loans, deposits, cards, and insurance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring account health, supporting customers through end-to-end onboarding and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve service issues. The Relationship Manager will work towards defined sales and service targets while adhering to compliance, risk, and regulatory guidelines.
