Role Description The Project Lead role at Telawne Power Equipments Pvt Ltd is an on-site position based in Vadodara.



The Project Lead will oversee end-to-end project execution for transformer and power solution projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and vendors, monitoring project progress against timelines, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. The Project Lead will track risks and issues, prepare status reports, support quality inspections, and drive continuous improvements in project delivery.
