Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing business opportunities, and achieving organizational targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
Monitor daily sales activities, leads, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue performance.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle key customer interactions, negotiations, and escalations when required.
Track and analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales discussions.
Train and mentor team members to improve their sales and communication skills.
Ensure proper follow-up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and other departments to support business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Implement corrective measures to improve team productivity and conversion rates.
Ensure adherence to company sales policies, processes, and standards.
Support the Sales Manager in forecasting sales and preparing business plans.
Take ownership of assigned sales operations in the absence of the Sales Manager.
