Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time on-site role based in the Vijayawada Headquarter covering Andhrapradesh. This position is responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory, including identifying current business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets for Stryker products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations,



providing training and support to healthcare professionals, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also involves monitoring market trends, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and inventory, preparing sales reports, and participating in territory planning and promotional activities. The Territory Sales Manager works closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver consistent, compliant, and value-driven solutions to customers.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders effectively.
Should have 3-8 years experience and exposure to Gen Surg,Gyn,Surg Gast,Surg Onco would be added advantage.
Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including territory planning, pipeline development, and target achievement.
Customer Service and relationship management skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
