Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and delivering a smooth, welcoming guest experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, leading and motivating team members, and ensuring high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and visual presentation. The Store Manager handles customer interactions, resolves issues promptly, and monitors customer feedback to improve service.



Key responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising cash handling, tracking sales performance, and implementing loss prevention measures. The Store Manager also supports local marketing initiatives, trains new team members, and maintains compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
