About the Role
The Growth Bets team is where Dentira places big, deliberate bets on new products — taking them from 0 to 1,



and from 1 to 100 when the signal is strong. As a Product Leader, you’ll be the engine behind these launches for Dentira. You will own new initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and product strategy to execution and post-launch optimisation - partnering with stakeholders across business, engineering, operations, and finance.
As a Group Product Manager for our Growth Bets charter, you will be responsible for identifying growth initiatives, hypothesis driven product development and doubling down where we see results. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, product excellence and cross functional execution. You will own the decisions for major product investments, translating ambiguous problems into a structured product strategy and defensible roadmap.
