About the Role
We are a United States-based boutique real-estate private equity firm looking for a high-accountability business builder to work directly with the Founder & CEO.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can develop business, build strategic relationships, create commercial momentum, and simultaneously build the digital systems, automation, dashboards, workflows, and operating processes required to scale the company.

It is not a basic sales, marketing, admin, IT support, or project coordination position. You will be expected to take ownership, work independently, solve problems without constant direction, and build the business-development and operating infrastructure from the ground up.

What You Will Own
• Build and manage the company’s business-development strategy, target-account pipeline, strategic relationships, partnerships, and prospect funnel.
• Research, identify, qualify, and progress relevant business opportunities, strategic partners, advisors, channels, and high-value relationships.
• Work directly with the founder on meeting preparation,



follow-ups, relationship management, and opportunity progression.
• Build and maintain a disciplined follow-up system, relationship tracker, and business-development reporting dashboard.
• Build automation, workflows, dashboards, and systems using tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Workspace, APIs, and similar platforms.
• Create SOPs, templates, operating processes, and reporting systems that make the business more scalable and less founder-dependent.
• Improve the company’s software stack, data quality, workflow visibility, automation, and execution speed.
• Coordinate external vendors, developers, automation specialists, and service providers when required.
• Take unclear problems, create a practical plan, and deliver measurable outcomes.
