WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS, HONESTLY

GVC grew on founder energy and individual heroics. It worked: families stay, students build, the community compounds. But more than once, a critical function lived inside one person's head, and we paid for it when they moved on. The lesson is now policy: we build systems, not dependencies. The Chief of Staff owns that policy. Your product is the company's operating system: everything that works gets documented, instrumented, and made survivable, including your own eventual exit.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

The operating rhythm. The evening scoreboard, the Monday metrics review, the Friday ship log. You run the cadence that runs the company, and you make it impossible for a week to pass quietly.

The proof engine. We are a proof-first company: no claim about a student goes into the world without verification and consent. You own that discipline, the records behind it, and the library of evidence our parents and partners see.





The launch that is waiting. Our one-year AI Founder programme is shaped and unstaffed. You take it from shaped to shipped: timeline, materials, mentors, first cohort.

The founder's leverage. Fundraise preparation, the data room, investor follow ups, and the special projects that have no department yet because they are the company's future.

YOUR FIRST NINETY DAYS, MEASURED

By day thirty, you can explain every number on our internal scoreboard without me in the room. By day sixty, two core processes are documented well enough that a current hire runs them from the page alone. By day ninety, one function that needed the founder daily no longer does, and you can name it.
