Your Tasks

GMO detection and quantification in food and feed samples
Animal species detection in food samples
Allergen analysis in food samples
Detection of protozoans (Cryptosporidium and Giardia) in water samples
Maintaining logbooks, calibration records.
Maintenance of housekeeping, environmental conditions in the laboratory
Temperature monitoring of microbiological equipment.
Environmental monitoring of Microbiology lab.

Your Qualifications

Technical skills and Knowledge relavant to Molecular biology analysis- 4-6 years of experience

Msc Biotechnology/Msc Microbiology
