About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help us scale FOLO and put it into the hands of millions of families. If you’re passionate about growth marketing, love experimenting with new-age channels, and want your work to create meaningful impact for millions of households, this is your calling.
Team: Growth & Marketing
What You’ll Do




Own budget planning and allocation across digital channels to drive user growth.
Design, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
Run A/B tests and experiments to identify scalable growth levers.
Use analytics to track, measure, and improve campaign performance.
Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that make finance straightforward, relatable, and family-first.
Share insights and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Content teams.
What We’re Looking For
2-4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in fintech, personal finance, or consumer tech is a plus.
Creative thinker who can make finance warm, approachable, and human.
Ownership-driven: You don’t just plan, you make it happen.
