Role Description The Sales Manager role at Flats on Rent is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing leads, engaging with prospective tenants and property owners, and conducting site visits. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, preparing sales proposals and agreements, and tracking sales performance against targets.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with project timelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and providing regular reports to leadership.
