Role Description The Sales Manager – Bajaj Life Direct Channel will lead and manage sales activities for direct-to-customer life insurance products, focusing on achieving business targets and expanding the customer base. This full-time on-site role, based in Noida, involves supervising a sales team, driving performance through coaching, monitoring key sales metrics, and ensuring adherence to sales processes and compliance guidelines. The role includes planning and executing sales campaigns, optimizing lead conversion, collaborating with marketing and operations to improve customer experience, and providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership. The Sales Manager will also engage with customers when needed to close key deals, address escalations, and uphold Bajaj Life’s standards of service and professionalism.
