• Prepare quotations for customers
• Follow up on quotations and pending orders
• Contact customers by phone/WhatsApp/email
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally
• Maintain quotation and sales follow-up records in Excel
• Follow up for payment and order confirmation
• Coordinate with production/dispatch for delivery updates
• Maintain customer database and sales reports
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word preferred
• Positive communication and follow-up skills
• Experience in industrial/mechanical products will be an advantage.
