Role Description The Financial Consultant role is a self-employment contract hybrid based in West Bengal & Odisha, India, with flexibility to work your own hours in your community. In this role, the consultant will advise clients on financial planning, investment strategies, retirement planning, and tax-effective wealth creation tailored to their life goals. No Targets,



no proprietory product sale. You earn from trailing commissions in the self-employed business model. Assessing client financial situations, designing and presenting comprehensive financial plans, monitoring portfolios, and revising strategies based on market conditions and client needs. The consultant will also use IC Wealth’s digital tools and calculators to demonstrate scenarios, support clients in building disciplined saving and investing habits, and contribute insights to educational content and client-facing resources.
