Well versed with Financial Planning & Analysis concepts, knowledge of Capital
Management, Actuarial, preferably in Insurance
Work experience of Revenue, G&A; and COGS concepts, reporting & analysis
Knowledge of P&L; and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Experience with GAAP and STAT accounting is preferrable
Excellent project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Established work experience in financial management roles with heavy data-focus
Effectively balance quality, timeliness and productivity standards
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with several
stakeholders
Demonstrate capacity to communicate the complexities of the technical solution
to non-technical audiences
