Job Description
The IT Systems Engineer supports the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and performance of the organization’s network and infrastructure workplace. This role provides first-level engineering support for infrastructure operations while assisting with systems administration, endpoint management, and technical support.
Success in this role is measured primarily by the reliability, security, and performance of the organization’s network and infrastructure systems, with end-user support serving as a secondary responsibility.
