Role Overview
This is a strategic, business-facing technology leadership role for someone who thinks and operates as a technology thought leader — not just a platform owner. You will define and drive the enterprise Business Applications and digital transformation agenda, bringing SAP, Blue Yonder and Salesforce together into a single, forward-looking technology and business narrative.
You will operate as a direct partner to the CIO leadership team, shaping how technology, data and AI reimagine Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer and commercial processes — while staying hands-on enough to challenge architecture decisions, pressure-test solution designs and stay credible with expert practitioners.
The ideal candidate has led digital and data transformation programs end-to-end — from strategy and business case through architecture, delivery and value realization — and brings a genuine point of view on where AI,
automation and contemporary data platforms are taking enterprise applications next.
Strategic Charter
Enterprise technology strategy: Own the Business Applications vision, multi-year roadmap and target-state architecture across SAP, Blue Yonder and Salesforce, anchored in enterprise business strategy rather than platform maintenance.
Technology thought leadership: Act as the internal voice on where enterprise applications, AI/GenAI, automation and data platforms are heading — bringing external market, analyst and industry perspective into boardroom and leadership conversations.
Digital & data transformation: Champion an enterprise data strategy that underpins the applications landscape — data architecture, quality, governance and analytics — as the foundation for AI-enabled decision-making, not an afterthought.
CEO and executive partnership: Serve as the trusted technology advisor to the CEO and functional leaders,
