Role Description This is a full-time, remote Real Estate Agent (Commission Only) role focused on the Dubai real estate market. The Real Estate Agent will source and manage property listings, conduct virtual property consultations, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and market trends, and preparing digital presentations and marketing materials for properties.



The agent will handle client inquiries, provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and online platforms, and collaborate with internal teams to align property promotion with broader digital marketing strategies. As this is a commission-only role, the agent is expected to actively drive sales performance and manage their pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
