This role is intended for an experienced software engineer with solid cloud and
backend development expertise who enjoys building reliable software systems that
integrate with industrial equipment. The Senior Cloud & Software Engineer will
implement, deploy, and sustain cloud-connected applications, backend services,
software infrastructure, and shared technology platforms supporting NOV's
Service Equipment product portfolio. Working closely with engineering leadership
and system architects, this individual will translate architectural direction
into scalable, production-ready solutions while providing technical mentorship,
promoting software engineering best practices, and taking ownership of the
reliability, maintainability, and continuous improvement of the software
platform.
