Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer (VMC) role based at the Vapi facility. The Quality Assurance Engineer will oversee the quality of components produced on Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), including planning and executing tests, validating production output against specifications, and documenting findings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing test cases,



performing manual inspections and measurements, monitoring process parameters, and identifying non-conformities. The role involves collaborating with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to investigate issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer will also maintain quality records, support internal audits, and ensure adherence to relevant automotive and company standards.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance and Software/Process Testing skills, with the ability to design and improve quality processes.
Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases skills, including planning, documenting, and executing structured tests on VMC-produced components.
