Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting crash repair and automotive systems solutions to body and paint shops. Daily activities include conducting sales visits and presentations, responding to customer inquiries,



preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating product demonstrations and trainings. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, gather market intelligence, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals. The role requires maintaining accurate sales records, meeting defined targets, and providing high-quality customer service before and after the sale.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on problem-solving and building long-term relationships.
Proven Sales experience, preferably in automotive, industrial equipment, or related technical products.
Experience in Training customers or partners on product features, usage, and best practices.
