About the Role




We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, nurture prospective investors and entrepreneurs, and optimize the entire customer journey through email marketing and marketing automation.
This role is responsible for growing our marketing database, developing lifecycle campaigns, building automated customer journeys, improving conversion rates, and increasing engagement, retention, and referrals. The ideal candidate understands how to build scalable marketing funnels that generate measurable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Database Growth
Develop strategies to acquire qualified leads through marketing campaigns and other acquisition channels.
Build and continuously grow high-quality email databases of investors, entrepreneurs, strategic partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Implement segmentation strategies
