About WrkTalk
WrkTalk is a privacy-first, on-premises or cloud-agnostic corporate communication platform with Gen AI capabilities. Enterprises run it entirely inside their own infrastructure, which means their internal communication never touches a third party's servers or a foreign jurisdiction. We sell to regulated sectors — banking, financial services, insurance, defence and large Indian enterprises. Clients include Adani Group, Airtel, L&T; Finance, Shriram Finance, Vedanta Group, TATA AIA, etc.
We are founder-led on sales and sell top-down, to CXOs and promoters. Deals are large, considered and relationship-driven.

The role
This is our first marketing hire, and it owns the function end to end — strategy and execution both. There is no team below you and no agency behind at this point.
The single overarching mandate is this: today, outside the rooms we have personally walked into, almost nobody knows WrkTalk exists. We have marquee clients, a robust revenue stream, a genuinely differentiated product but no public presence to match.



Changing that — establishing WrkTalk in the market's mind as a serious, successful Indian technology product company — is the job.
Underneath it, the work has two halves. One is building the credibility layer: the material, the proof and the public presence that make a CISO or a promoter take us seriously before we walk into the room. The other is generating access: getting us onto industry platforms, into analyst coverage and in front of senior audiences we do not already know.
Both halves matter equally. The second is the one that gets neglected, because nobody chases you for a roundtable that does not yet exist. We will protect time for it deliberately.
