What is the purpose of this role?

You will lead the end-to-end eCommerce Marketing for all our categories across all platforms, and bring big eComm marketing ideas to life through a performance marketing approach.



You will be responsible for providing the thought leadership in e-comm marketing by leveraging understanding of the ecomm channel and by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

What would be the responsibilities for this role?

Lead the Performance Marketing Strategy

Responsible for crafting and leading the eCommerce marketing strategy for all our brands and categories
Oversee all aspects of performance marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and advertising on platforms like Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, Purplle Ads, Quick Commerce Ads, and other relevant marketplaces
Transform consumer insights into action by creating solutions that grow online adoption for our products and convert shoppers into buyers
Influence the brand positioning, premiumization and go to market strategies through data
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuri
