Job Title: Sales Coordinator

About the role
We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the operational engine behind our sales function. You'll work closely with the sales team, management, and cross-functional teams to ensure leads are followed up, pipelines are clean, reporting is accurate, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a role for someone who is organized, proactive, and takes ownership of outcomes rather than just tasks.

What you'll do
Lead & pipeline management
Own the lead lifecycle from assignment to follow-up — Google leads, trial signups, and partner-generated opportunities. Maintain CRM hygiene with daily audits, eliminate duplicates, and ensure no deal sits unattended. Coordinate between sales executives and management to keep the pipeline moving.
Sales operations & coordination
Support the sales team in day-to-day execution — tracking pending approvals, ensuring same-day closures, and coordinating webinars end-to-end. Work with internal teams to resolve blockers that slow down the sales cycle.




Call & communication monitoring
Monitor inbound calls and chats, assign missed or abandoned contacts to the right executives, and track follow-ups to closure. Conduct periodic call quality audits to maintain standards across the team.
Meetings & reporting
Run daily team meetings, circulate MOMs, and keep the team aligned on priorities. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports — call performance, lead summaries, outstanding accounts, projections, and partner reconciliations — accurately and on time.
Marketing & partner coordination
Work with the marketing team to ensure smooth daily lead flow, coordinate campaign creatives and webinars, and support partner-related activities including cashback and incentive tracking.
Process & compliance
Ensure the sales team follows defined daily processes — agenda compliance, CRM updates, and SLA adherence. Flag gaps early and escalate where needed.
