Role Summary: The Export & Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing export operations, shipment coordination, documentation, customs compliance, and logistics reporting for pharmaceutical and healthcare products supplied to international markets. The role requires robust coordination with internal teams, external service providers, customs authorities, and customers to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods.
Manage end-to-end export operations for pharmaceutical and healthcare products supplied to customers across African and other international markets.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, transporters, shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
Arrange sea and air freight bookings and negotiate competitive freight rates to support cost-effective logistics operations.
Prepare, verify, and maintain export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, insurance documents,



and other shipment-related records.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, banking requirements, export procedures, and applicable international trade guidelines.
Liaise with customs brokers, the Chamber of Commerce, and relevant government authorities for customs clearance, export incentives, and mandatory certifications.
Consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers to optimize container utilization, reduce freight costs, and improve shipment efficiency.
Prepare shipment labels, barcodes, e-way bills, cargo insurance documentation, and other dispatch-related requirements prior to shipment movement.
Monitor shipments from dispatch to final delivery, proactively resolve logistics issues, and provide timely status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
