About the Role

URPopular is looking for a focused, proactive and execution-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team.

The person will be responsible for finding influencers, reaching out to creators, coordinating collaborations, negotiating commercials, managing campaign deliverables and ensuring campaigns are completed on time.

This role requires someone who is highly responsive, positive at follow-ups, organized and comfortable communicating with influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and shortlist relevant influencers based on campaign requirements.
- Reach out to influencers through Instagram, WhatsApp, email and calls.




- Coordinate with influencers and talent managers regarding collaborations.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines and campaign requirements.
- Share campaign briefs, guidelines and content requirements with creators.
- Follow up regularly with influencers to ensure timely content delivery.
- Coordinate scripts, concepts, drafts, revisions and brand approvals.
- Track influencer responses, campaign status and deliverables using Google Sheets/internal trackers.
- Ensure creators publish content according to the agreed timeline.
- Collect live links, insights, screenshots, invoices and other campaign-related information.
- Maintain and continuously update the influencer/creator database.
- Handle multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Coordinate internally with the client servicing, business development and operations teams.
- Identify and resolve campaign-related issues quickly.
