Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Nidaan – The Legal Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads for the firm’s insurance claim services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating with external vendors, overseeing content creation for social media and other channels,



and analyzing campaign performance. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, supporting client outreach initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to align marketing activities with business goals.
Qualifications
Robust knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, preferably in professional services or legal/insurance sectors.
Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, search, email, and online advertising, with an ability to track and interpret performance metrics.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to create clear, persuasive marketing copy and present ideas to internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to conduct market and competitor research, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
