Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Manager role based in Pune. The Presales Manager will collaborate with the sales team to design and present tailored real estate solutions to developers, property owners, and buyers. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating site visits and demonstrations, and supporting sales negotiations with data-driven insights.



The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies, project positioning, and client expectations, while maintaining accurate presales documentation and reports.
Qualifications

Robust Sales and Presales skills to support lead qualification, solution design, and deal closure.
Consulting skills to understand client needs, provide advisory support, and build long-term relationships.
Project Management and Integration skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, and activities across projects.
Solid knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Pune, and familiarity with residential, commercial, and land development projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and manage client engagements professionally.
