Role Description The Product Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert on Vardan AI’s voice-first CRM platform, guiding customers through discovery, solution design, and successful adoption. This full time,



on-site role based in Jaipur involves working closely with clients to understand their workflows, map requirements to platform capabilities, and configure solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demos, leading requirements workshops, preparing solution proposals, and supporting onboarding and implementation. The Product Consultant will collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to relay customer feedback, refine use cases, and help shape the product roadmap. The role also includes training customer teams, monitoring usage, and proactively identifying optimization opportunities to improve performance and satisfaction.
