Alienkind is looking for an experienced and highly creative FMCG Product Developer to join our Product & Innovation team. The ideal candidate should have a strong and proven track record of developing successful FMCG food products, preferably with experience working with established and reputed FMCG brands. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can go beyond executing briefs — someone who can identify opportunities, create unique product concepts, curate recipes, conduct trials, solve technical challenges, and take products from an initial idea to commercialisation.The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of food formulation, processing, shelf life, food safety, regulatory compliance, and commercial-scale product development.

Key Responsibilites:

1. Product Concept & Innovation
Develop unique and differentiated FMCG food products based on consumer trends, market opportunities, and brand requirements.
Convert consumer and market insights into commercially viable product concepts.
Research emerging ingredients, flavours, formats, technologies, and product categories.




Develop products with a strong point of differentiation in the market.
Work on both line extensions and completely new product concepts.

2. Recipe & Formulation Development
Create, curate, and optimise recipes and formulations for FMCG products.
Conduct multiple rounds of product trials and sensory evaluations.
Standardise recipes with accurate ingredient specifications, processing parameters, and yields.
Optimise products for taste, texture, appearance, stability, nutrition, cost, and scalability.
Develop formulations suitable for commercial manufacturing and large-scale production.

3. Product Commercialisation
Own the complete development cycle: Concept → Formulation → Trials → Validation → Scale-Up → Commercialisation.
Work closely with contract manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, packaging partners, and internal teams.
Conduct pilot and production-scale trials and troubleshoot
