Role Description This is a full-time Videographer role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office production work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Videographer will plan and shoot video content for campaigns, social media, interviews, events, and brand stories, ensuring visual consistency and high production standards. Responsibilities include operating cameras and lighting equipment, setting up shots, managing audio and basic on-set logistics,



and collaborating with directors, producers, and editors to execute creative concepts. The role also involves organizing footage, contributing to storyboarding or shot lists, and ensuring that all content adheres to brand guidelines and project timelines.
Qualifications
Strong video production skills, including planning shoots, organizing footage, and understanding the full production workflow.
Proficiency in camera operation and handling different types of camera equipment for varied shooting conditions.
Knowledge of lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor environments, including setting up and adjusting lights to achieve desired visual effects.
Experience shooting video in multiple formats (e.g., interviews, promotional content, events) with attention to framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with basic audio capture during shoots and coordination with post-production teams for edi
