Position: Area Sales Manager Industry: Insurance Department: BFSI, Investments & Trading Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Category: General Insurance Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Education Requirement : Graduate (Any Discipline) Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years of overall experience in insurance sales At least 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams Mandatory proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written) Solid understanding of the Vijayawada and surrounding local market Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1–10 days will be preferred Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,



partners, and key stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion within the assigned territory Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to management Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements Desired Candidate Profile Results-driven leader with strong people management and leadership skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Fluent in Telugu with strong knowledge of the local market Prior experience in insurance sales and field team management Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and team productivity Looking for immediate joiners who can start within 1–10 days
