We're looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Sales to lead our sales organization in Visakhapatnam, India. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth, build high-performing sales teams, and develop strategic initiatives that position our organization for sustainable success. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations, managing key client relationships, and fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes customer success and commercial excellence.
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and commercially focused culture through coaching, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management.
Drive achievement of annual sales revenue targets across all business segments, ensuring strong profitability and sustainable commercial outcomes while maintaining transparency in reporting.
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to identify new revenue opportunities, expand market presence,



and maximize assigned accounts in the Visakhapatnam region and beyond.
Build and maintain robust client relationships through proactive account management, contract negotiations, site visits, networking, and client engagement while securing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments to optimize demand generation, pricing strategies, forecasting, budgeting, and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Analyze sales performance through regular monitoring of sales activity, pipeline accuracy, conversion rates, and monthly reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee effective utilization of CRM systems and sales tools, ensuring data integrity, pipeline accuracy, compliance, and accurate reporting of sales activity and forecasts.
