Role Description The Sr Admission Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and driving the end-to-end admissions process for prospective learners. In this role, the individual will handle inquiries, conduct admission counseling sessions, explain program offerings, and guide applicants through eligibility checks, documentation,



and application completion. The Sr Admission Executive will coordinate entrance assessments or interviews, maintain accurate applicant records in admission systems, and ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates. The role includes collaborating with marketing and academic teams to support outreach campaigns, organizing information sessions or campus visits, and providing clear, professional communication across phone, email, and in-person channels. The individual will also contribute to admission reporting, process improvement, and delivering a learner-centric experience aligned with the school’s educational mission.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel and guide prospective learners effectively.
