Role Description The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including assessing patients, diagnosing skin, hair, and nail conditions, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient consultations, performing dermatologic and cosmetic procedures where appropriate, and managing conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and pigmentary disorders. The role involves maintaining detailed medical records, counseling patients on treatment options, preventive skin care, and cosmetic procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. The Dermatologist will also stay updated on current guidelines and advances in dermatology and cosmetology. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Tony Chapel in Nagercoil.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions.




Clinical expertise in Acne and related skin disorders, including both medical and procedural management.
Skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, with knowledge of common aesthetic treatments and patient counseling.
Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completed residency or specialized training in Dermatology; valid medical license as required by local regulations.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical patient care, safety, and confidentiality, with solid clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
