Role Description The Occupational Health Physician with AFIH at Mediaid Healthcare LLP is a full-time, in office role based in the Kutch district. The physician will perform periodic and pre-employment medical examinations, assess fitness for work, and manage workplace-related illnesses and injuries. Daily responsibilities include monitoring occupational health risks, advising on preventive measures,



and supporting implementation of health and safety policies in coordination with management and safety teams. The role involves conducting health education and training sessions for employees, maintaining accurate medical and occupational health records, and ensuring compliance with applicable occupational health regulations. The physician will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, participate in incident reviews, and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve worker health and wellbeing.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine, with the ability to assess and manage work-related health risks.
Clinical expertise in Medicine, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for a wide range of conditions relevant to workplace settings.
Experience in Training, particularly in delivering health, safety, and wellness programs for employees and workplace stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with Physicians and other healthcare
