First Person View (FPV) Drone Pilot
Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana, India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The FPV Drone Pilot will be responsible for operating, testing and demonstrating FPV drones for security and industrial applications. The role requires excellent flying skills, technical knowledge of FPV systems, troubleshooting capabilities and the willingness to travel extensively for demonstrations, trials, customer engagements and operational support.
The candidate should be passionate about drone technology, capable of operating under energetic conditions and committed to maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Flight Operations
Operate FPV drones safely and efficiently in accordance with applicable regulations and company SOPs.
Conduct manual and autonomous FPV flight operations.
Conduct field trials, testing and validation of new FPV drone systems.
Perform pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight inspections.
Maintain detailed flight logs and operational records.




Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and internal safety procedures.

Technical Responsibilities
Assemble, configure and calibrate FPV drones and associated systems.
Configure flight controllers, ESCs, transmitters and receivers.
Install and troubleshoot FPV video transmission systems.
Tune flight parameters using software.
Perform routine maintenance, repairs and component replacement.
Diagnose and rectify technical issues in the field.
Maintain batteries, chargers and power management systems.

Product Development Support
Assist engineering teams in testing prototype FPV platforms.
Provide operational feedback for product improvement.
Support payload integration and testing.
Participate in endurance, range and reliability testing.
Assist in flight data collection and performance evaluation.

Customer Support & Demonstrations
Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
Support trials.
