We are looking for a Associate – Accounts Receivable for the East Region.

Educational Qualification:-B.Com / MBA / CA Inter

Experience -2–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute Asset Files to Operations and Shared Services teams.
Prepare, publish, and monitor MIS reports and dashboards related to FR and collections.
Analyze billing, AR, and various exception reports to identify and reduce turnback’s & increase AR liquidation.
Conduct and drive monthly Asset Review Meetings with Area Managers, CSEs, Regional Heads, and Genpact teams, along with weekly follow-ups and performance assessments.
Set and drive monthly collection targets in coordination with the team.
Escalate collection-related issues and overdue cases to the respective Department Heads for timely resolution.
Ensure timely collection and tracking of Bank Guarantees and Earnest Money Deposits.




Lead and drive all activities related to Accounts Receivable liquidation, ensuring achievement of collection & FR targets.

Desired Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive understanding of Accounts Receivable, collections, and aging analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to drive collection initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
