Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced design Manager with a strong background in 3D Model / multidisciplinary design integration to join our Global Engineering Center team to execute International and Local projects in India. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of relevant experience,



with a preference for those who have worked in an EPC setting, international project experience and possess a deep understanding of 3D models, Piping, Structural, E&I;, modelling tools. The role requires exceptional Design skills, including the ability to coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Core Responsibilities

Design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects globally.
Ensure that design is completed accurately within schedule and budget.
Support the Head of Engineering Manager in establishing, maintaining and applying procedures and protocols that will enhance the quality, efficiency and repeatability of design activities throughout the department.
Oversee and actively participate in the provision of CAD support to engineering, and project execution.
Lead / Manage 3rd party design company / outsourcing party to complete the project on time.
