Role Description The Operations Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Mohali, India. This role involves supporting day-to-day back-office operations, including coordinating workforce schedules, assisting with compliance documentation and tracking,



and helping ensure accurate payroll and billing processes. The Operations Associate will handle customer and client queries, maintain records and reports, and collaborate with internal teams to reduce operational bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.
