Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 15 years of total IT experience, including 8–10 years of solid, relevant Salesforce experience in architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
Act as a client‑facing solution architect, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Lead data migration initiatives from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
Design and implement Salesforce integrations with ERP and cross‑platform systems, leveraging APIs, middleware, and best practices for seamless data flow.
Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, scalability, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design adheres to enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
Mentor and guide development teams,



ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Must‑Have Skills:
Proven client‑facing experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands‑on expertise in data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.
Strong background in Salesforce ERP integrations and cross‑platform integration frameworks.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications
Experience with middleware tools
Candidates with a valid U.S. B1 visa will be an added advantage.
