We are hiring a Founder Office Intern at Soil Ecoculture.

Soil Ecoculture is building land intelligence and environmental proof infrastructure for restoration, agriculture, and climate-linked compliance. We work across field execution, sensing, AI interpretation, environmental data, partnerships, and regenerative project delivery.

This is a high-context internship for someone who wants to learn how an early-stage company is built from the inside.

You will work directly with and shadow the founder across strategy, operations, research, partnerships, social media, documentation, hiring support, meetings, field/project coordination, and execution follow-ups.

Preference will be given to engineering students, engineers, or candidates with a technical background in AI, coding, programming, data, automation, or software tools.

This role is not for someone looking for a narrow task list. It is for someone who can take messy inputs, ask explicit questions, organize information, write well, follow up reliably, and turn ideas into usable work.

What you will work on:




Founder shadowing across selected internal reviews, partner calls, field/project discussions, and execution planning
Founder office coordination, meeting notes, follow-ups, trackers, and execution dashboards
Social media management: LinkedIn content calendars, post drafts, founder updates, project stories, simple creatives, and engagement tracking
Research on climate tech, agriculture, restoration, environmental markets, CSR, grants, programs, and partnerships
AI/coding support where relevant: workflow automation, prompt systems, simple scripts, data cleanup, technical documentation, and tool testing
Drafting proposals, pitch notes, SOPs, internal briefs, newsletters, and LinkedIn/outreach material
Supporting hiring, onboarding, team coordination, and internal documentation
Organizing company knowledge across wikis, folders, trackers, and project systems
Possible travel/site exposure for meetings, field visits,
