About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Campaign Manager who can turn ideas into impactful marketing campaigns. If you enjoy building creative campaigns, working across teams, and balancing brand storytelling with performance, we'd love to meet you.
You'll own campaigns from planning to execution, working closely with content, design, growth, and leadership teams to grow the IcyPluto brand.

What You'll Do
Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital channels.




Develop creative campaigns for product launches, reports, and brand initiatives.
Work closely with designers, writers, video teams, and growth marketers to bring campaigns to life.
Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing journeys.
Drive organic brand growth through content, social media, SEO, thought leadership, and community engagement.
Plan and coordinate webinars, podcasts, roundtables, and industry events to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
Track campaign performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise campaigns based on insights.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

What We're Looking For
4–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Campaign Management, or Growth Marketing.
