ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated, confident and proactive Management Trainee – Society Redevelopment & Project Advisory to join our multidisciplinary Architecture, Engineering and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team.
The candidate will receive practical exposure to the complete lifecycle of Co-operative Housing Society Redevelopment Projects, including project coordination, Society interaction, business development, market research, tendering, developer evaluation, documentation, financial and technical data collection, project monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
The role combines Project Advisory,



Real Estate Research, Business Development, Client Relations and PMC Coordination and is suitable for candidates who want to build a career in the real estate redevelopment and consultancy sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Society Redevelopment Project Coordination
Assist in coordinating assigned Society Redevelopment Projects.
Maintain project-wise trackers, schedules and action-point reports.
Follow up with Society representatives, developers and consultants.
Track project milestones, pending matters and deliverables.
Assist Senior Project Managers in monitoring project progress.
Coordinate communication between different project stakeholders.
2. Society & Client Relationship Management
Assist in communicating with Society Managing Committees and Redevelopment Committees.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Understand Society requirements and assist in presenting appropriate
