The Role
You'll be the voice of GutBasket for our customers — confirming orders, chasing down shipments, resolving delays, and answering questions across every channel we're on. It's a role for someone who's organised, genuinely warm on a call, and quick on a keyboard. You care that the customer gets a transparent answer and their order arrives, and you don't let things slip through the cracks.

What You'll Do
Order & delivery management
Confirm COD orders that haven't been acknowledged over email or WhatsApp — reach out, verify, and lock them in.
Coordinate with logistics partners (couriers like DTDC and others)



to keep orders moving.
Raise and track disputes for shipments delayed or stuck in transit, and follow them through to resolution.
Keep customers updated — get the latest status and communicate it back clearly and proactively.
Customer communication
Handle all inbound queries across email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and Facebook Messenger — promptly and on-brand.
Take incoming calls, primarily logistics and order-related questions, and resolve or escalate them.
Bonus — a big plus if you can do this
Make abandoned-cart recovery calls. We get ~20–30 abandoned carts to reach out to — call them, understand why they dropped off, and win them back with a thoughtful offer.

Who You Are
Fluent in English and Hindi — you can speak, type, and write English comfortably and professionally.
1–3 years of experience in customer support, tele-calling, e-commerce operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
