Deputy CEO – Luxury Automotive Business

We are looking for an accomplished senior automotive professional to take on the role of Deputy CEO with a leading automotive group.

The role carries end-to-end business and P&L; responsibility and requires a leader with deep experience in managing the luxury/premium passenger vehicle business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the business with complete P&L; ownership, driving revenue, profitability and sustainable growth.
Provide strategic and operational leadership across new vehicle sales, pre-owned vehicles, after-sales/service, parts and customer experience.
Drive market share, sales productivity, margins and overall dealership performance.
Build and strengthen relationships with HNI and premium/luxury customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership lifecycle.
Lead relationships with OEM/principal stakeholders, including business planning, performance reviews and achievement of OEM scorecards.




Drive after-sales performance across service revenue, workshop productivity, parts, customer retention and profitability.
Optimise inventory, working capital, operating costs and overall financial performance.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and business growth.
Lead and develop senior functional teams across sales, service, customer experience, finance and other business functions.
Establish a high-performance culture built around customer centricity, accountability, execution excellence and integrity.
Ensure solid operational governance, compliance and adherence to OEM and organisational standards.

Candidate Profile

20–25 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in the automotive industry.
Significant leadership experience in the luxury/premium passenger vehicle segment is essential.
