AM/ Manager – HR (Regional HR – West Region)

Location : Mumbai (Vikroli)
Job Profile:
This position will be responsible for complete employee’s life cycle management for West region from joining till exit.
Will be primarily responsible for talent acquisition / recruitment including both lateral and campus hiring.
Taking care of joining/ on boarding/ documentation/ complete induction process.
Stake holders management across levels
Coordination within team for various HR processes like appraisal process, training coronation etc
HR reports & MIS
Desired Profile:
Must be having solid exposure to recruitment / TA for middle and senior level positions.
Should have experience in Non IT recruitment.
Preferably from core industry or someone who has worked on support/ centralised position other the store level hiring (if candidate is from retail industry)
Strong communication skills
