We are hiring an AI Filmmaker to turn scene ideas into cinematic shots: character reveals, action beats, environment establishers, and trailer sequences built with AI video and image tools.
We need someone who understands cinema, not only prompting. Framing, lighting, performance, and continuity matter more than tool count.
Responsibilities
Produce cinematic AI shots, trailers, and short sequences from scripts, references, and character sheets
Hold character, costume, and environment consistency across an entire cut
Direct camera movement, lens choice, lighting direction, and mood inside each generation
Iterate prompts and outputs until the shot matches the intended emotion and style
Clean up, retouch, and composite generated frames before they go to edit
Assemble shots into edited sequences with proper pacing
Work directly with the creative director on story and visual direction
Required Skills
Solid grasp of composition, lighting, camera angles, and shot grammar (close-up, wide, OTS, depth of field)




Hands-on experience with AI generation tools: Higgsfield, Seedance, Seedream, Nano Banana, GPT Image 2, Midjourney
Image retouching and NLE editing (Photoshop and Premiere Pro preferred)
Ability to write detailed cinematic prompts and judge output quality
Eye for realism in faces, costume detail, body movement, and continuity
Editing and trailer pacing fundamentals
Comfort with Indian mythology-inspired design: royal costumes, fantasy kingdoms, warriors, astras, vimanas, large-scale environments
Bonus
After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
VFX and compositing (Nuke), 3D and lighting (Maya, Arnold, V-Ray, Clarisse), or Blender, Unreal, Unity
Published AI short films, trailers, or cinematic reels
Mahabharata / Ramayana-informed visual sensibility
