Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role oversees day-to-day agency operations, ensuring projects move efficiently through strategy, creative, production, and delivery while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows and resource allocation, managing vendor relationships,



and maintaining operational policies and processes. The Operations Manager will monitor performance metrics, support financial planning and cost control, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. This role also involves close collaboration with leadership to align operations with business goals and support a positive, high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
Solid operations and project management skills, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and timeline management.
Experience in agency or marketing operations, with familiarity in advertising, communication, and digital campaign processes.
Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with strategists, designers, technologists, and marketers.
Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools to track progress and report on performance.
